History: The “MUDRAS” (sign, symbol in Sanskrit) are the symbolic positions of the hands expressing a spiritual conception among Hindus and Buddhists. In India, they are traditionally part of any spiritual act, particularly meditation and prayer.

Varada means gift: it is the symbolism of donation and charity. He embodies compassion and sincerity. Practicing Varada Mudra encourages human beings to the art of forgiveness.
