How to create an account?
To create your account, simply go to our website, click on the “Account” space at the top right and create your account. You will then be able to fill in all your information.
My account features
Your account allows you to manage certain parameters such as: your personal information (last name, first name, email address, etc.), your addresses (delivery and billing) and your subscription to the Bonnesoeurs newsletter.
You can also access your order history with details for each of them.
Receive the newsletter?
To receive the Bonnesoeurs newsletter, simply enter your name and email address at the bottom of the home page of our site.
Do not hesitate to check your junk mail, it often happens that our email slips in there.
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
How do I cancel or modify my order?
Once your order has been paid, modification or cancellation of your order is no longer possible.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by credit card, our solution is completely secure.
You can use the following cards: Visa, MasterCard.
You can also pay via your PayPal and Apple Pay account.
Once your order has been validated and payment accepted, Bonnesoeurs reserves the right to cancel an order if the customer already has a dispute with Bonnesoeurs or if we consider that the customer carries a risk of non-payment.
I paid by credit card and I did not receive a confirmation email
If you haven't received your confirmation email, don't panic! You can send us an email to eshop@bonnesoeurs-store.com, we will confirm your order.
I cannot validate my basket
If you are unable to place an order on our site, we suggest you try again on a different, up-to-date browser.
If the problem persists, you can send us an email to eshop@bonnesoeurs-store.com, we will find a solution together.
How do I use my promo code?
Happy promo code holder? you can enter it before validating your basket: “promotional code”, then click on apply.
Nothing could be simpler, the advantage is automatically deducted.
How to give a gift card?
Do you want to give a gift and let the person choose what makes them happy? In the “gift card” section, find the gift ingot, you are sure to get it just right.
How Gift Ingot Works:
- Choose the amount of your choice,
- Enter the recipient's email address,
- Proceed to payment,
- The recipient will receive by email a code that can be used for 1 year on the website.
How do I use my gift card?
Do you have a digital gift card? To use it, it's very simple. Simply enter the gift card number when validating your basket and then click “apply”. The amount of the gift card can be used in several installments.
You can use your gift card on the eshop or at the point of sale.
My order is a gift, can I have packaging?
If your order is a gift, you can leave us a little note when validating your basket.
We will take the greatest care in packaging your items so that they arrive ready to offer.

My order is a gift, is the invoice in the package?
The invoice is not in the package, you will receive it at the email address you gave us.
DELIVERIES
What are the delivery methods and times?
Orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours (working days), with the exception of holiday periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.
When placing your order, you have several delivery options to mainland France (Corsica included). The amount of your shipping costs is calculated based on the weight of your package.
Delivery in mainland France is free for all orders over €100 with Colissimo relay point and €150 with Colissimo home delivery (excluding bulky items).

The delivery time is estimated at 7 days following shipment (average time observed: 48 hours). Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, except public holidays. The package is picked up by the Post Office and delivered to the home address or relay point.

The deadline for collecting your order is 30 days from the date of the order, failing which the order will be refunded and canceled.

Customs fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Is it possible to make a return to the store?
You can make a return to the store (15bis rue du chariot d'or, 69004 Lyon) within 14 days from the date of receipt, failing which your order will be refunded and canceled.
The package is returned by the carrier, what should I do?
If you weren't able to collect your package within the stipulated time, don't worry! Your package will be returned to our warehouses.
As soon as we receive your package, we will get back to you by email in order to resend it or provide a refund. Bonnesoeurs reserves the right to charge delivery for reshipment.
An item in my order is broken or defective. What to do ?
Despite all the care taken in packaging your orders, some items may arrive damaged. If this is the case, contact us within 14 days at: eshop@bonnesoeurs-store.com or via the contact form. We will find a solution together.
There is an error in my order, what should I do?
Despite all the care taken in packaging your orders, errors can happen. In this case, please follow the return procedure .
In the event of a proven error on our part, we may exchange the part (subject to available stock) or reimburse you.
I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
You have a legal period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the package to return your products to us.
Please note, after this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to offer you a refund.
In the majority of cases, returns are free in the event of a voucher refund, otherwise a cost of 5 euros will be deducted from the refunded amount. If you would like to know more about our return costs, click here .
Items must be intact and returned in their original packaging. They cannot be returned incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled.
If we receive an item that is not declared on your return slip, the refund period will be extended. During the returns procedure, be sure to select all the items you wish to return to us.
